Roasting lechon on a spit, enjoying a Sarsi, is one of my fondest memories of "back home". This picture is probably over 20 years old, and is also the last time I was in the Philippines. With our participation in Manila Transitio this year, will take me back to the homeland, to a place that will probably be completely different than what I can recall.
Literally T-1, I am writing this post waiting to board the plane. Manila, here we come!
