BOARD DIRECTORS

Kapisanan is seeking Board Directors to contribute to Kapisanan’s continued growth and in leading the organization in fulfilling its mission. We are specifically seeking administrative, finance, legal, social work, and education professionals to assist Kapisanan in developing its operations and programming.

As a Board Director, you will provide guidance and  leadership in the areas of: strategic planning, program development, fundraising, community engagement, governance, operations, and finance. As Kapisanan shifts into centering practices of anti-oppression and decolonization, the Board is considering a more decentralized model of leadership, with the various committees and any contract staff taking on more responsibilities for planning and implementation activities.
