We are thrilled to announce that KAPISANAN is co-presenting the 2015 Images Festival!
Images Festival has programmed The Kalampag Tracking Agency (screening on Friday April 10th at AGO's Jackman Hall), which navigates the uncharted topographies of Filipino alternative and experimental moving image practice from the past 30 years and features some of the most striking films and videos from the Philippines and the Filipino diaspora.
Sounds pretty interesting, right?
GUESS WHAT? We're giving away 2 tickets to a lucky individual in the Kapisanan community to check out the festival!
All you have to do is repost the image above, and tag @kapisanan and Images Festival on your post on any social media platform! We will pick a winner at random on Monday (April 6th) at 9pm. The winner will be notified by April 8th.

Overcoming institutional and personal lapses to give attention to little-seen works—some quite recent, some surviving loss and decomposition—this program collects loose parts in motion, a series of bangs, or kalampag in Tagalog, assembled by their individual strengths and how they might resonate off each other and a contemporary audience.
