Back on it’s 8th Year, Kultura Filipino Arts Festival once again showcased Filipino culture and talents and delivered it through art installation and exhibits, performances and of course food! Kultura 2013 is co-presented by San Miguel Beer. Wrapping up the 5-day festival is Kultura Philippine Culinary Competition where chefs served their best Filipino Street Eats creations.
