Arrivals.ca is looking for new Canadian citizens to feature in the first round of this project. We want to share your goals, successes, struggles and how you think newcomers can be better welcomed in Canada.

If you are selected, your portrait and story will be featured in the Toronto Star as well as be part of public art works at the launch of the PanAm games countdown at City Hall on July 10, 2012. You will also receive a copy of the portrait taken by acclaimed photographer Che Kothari and be paid a monetary fee.

  • Entries must be completed by June 1, 2012, please see link below.
  • Participants must be willing to participate in a minimum of two interview and photo sessions in early-to-mid June. There will also be optional participation in media related interviews and promotion.

SHARE YOUR STORY. Please take a moment and complete the brief questionnaire to be considered for the project at: http://arrivals.ca/story

Please share this to any new citizens who have a story to tell. Additional questions or needs can be directed to help@arrivals.ca
