Reel Asian Film Festival: The Mountain Thief (free tickets!)

At the 14th Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival this year, running from November 9 to 15, KAPISANAN wants to give you a chance to watch The Mountain Thief--a gripping story based on the largest dumpsite town in the world--yes, it's in the Philippines!
