KAPISANAN seeks P/T Development Coordinator

KAPISANAN Philippine Centre for Arts & Culture is Canada’s premiere Filipino-Canadian arts & cultural facility located in Toronto. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, dynamic, and reliable multi-tasker. The Development Coordinator will lead our revenue generation strategy and events planning. The Development Coordinator will support the Programs & Outreach Manager and the Executive Director. He/she will also coordinate the day-to-day operations including written and oral communications, grant budget tracking, and general administration. The Development Coordinator will also be required to provide leadership to the KAPISANAN community.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in non-profit arts/cultural events, marketing, operations strategy, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • must be a high school graduate
  • must be a Canadian citizen or a landed immigrant
  • must be willing to work KAPISANAN hours of operation and special events

12 hours per week(2 shifts with possibility of add-on shifts) $12.50 per hour Position start date is immediately, 6-month contract with possibility of extension and increase in hours.
